| - | When a booking form has been received together with a minimum deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost or full payment, a booking confirmation will be sent. The balance of the holiday payment will be collected on the day of arrival. Holiday payments details will be emailed to you. |

| Alteration To Booking | ||
Please inform us any alteration as soon as possible, we will do all we can to assist. Request to change your booking after confirmation may be made in writing or telephone, but we are not bound to comply with such request. If additional people are added to your booking, they are added on the understanding that they also accept the booking condition. In the unlikely event that changes to brochure and holiday detail, both before and after you have booked your holiday. |

| Injury, Loss, Damage And Interruption | ||
The holiday is undertaken entirely at your own risk and Minang Cove Resort cannot accept any responsibility for personal injury, accident or loss damage to equipment or personal effect other than negligence of our employee, agents, suppliers or subcontractors acting in within the scope of / or in the course of their employment when the event occured. We do not accept any responsibilities for interruptions incurred by bad weather, civil or military disturbance strike or any matter beyond the control of Minang Cove Resort. |

| Booking Process | ||
This form will, on completion, be sent to the Minang Cove Resort by e-mail as well as stored in a database. If you wish, you may alternatively choose to print this acknowledgement page which you can then send to the Minang Cove Resort either by regular mail or by fax (07 - 7997372) attention of Reservation Department. |

50% deposit is required on booking. Balance will be settled on arrival. Credit card facilities are available (Visa or Master). |
