| A | : | The beach at Minang Cove is one of the only places on Tioman where live corals are still growing. This means the Marine life that lives on the reef are in abundance. Guests are always fascinated by the variety of Marine Life and Corals; we are trying to keep it this way. |

| A | : | The sandy beach declines gradually and being in a cove there are no strong currents. |

| A | : | Water temperatures around Tioman are a constant 29 degrees Celsius. You can swim all day long with out fear of getting cold. |

| A | : | Sand Flies lay their eggs in organic matter at the high tide line, so we sweep the beach everyday. So "No Sand Flies". |

| A | : | The Resort is surrounded by rainforest so we do have some mosquitoes but only early evening. The species we have on the Island are non Denggi and non Malaria carrying. |

Tioman comes under a Marine Park protection with means every visitor needs to pay RM5 per person per entry. |
